Yes, the Antoine Horlaville Salons in Paris are a showroom space dedicated to our collections and welcoming clients by private appointments only. Located in an elegant Haussmannian appartment, we create an intimate experience with a personnalized service, where you can explore the collections and try on the clothes before placing an order. Order & Shipping
Yes. Orders placed in the Paris area can be picked up at the studio from the same day and up to 2 weeks. Please arrange your free pick up by WhatsApp +33(0)767082231 or by email contact@antoinehorlaville.com.
All orders are ready for pick up within 2 to 4 weeks of purchase to allow time for production. Following sustainable practices, every garment is made-to-order in our Parisian atelier using limited upcycled fabrics. Learn more.

Orders in Paris will be delivered within 1-2 days by courier.
We ship all orders within 2 to 4 weeks of purchase to allow time for production. Once your item has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor its journey to your doorstep.
We may deliver your order to your personal postal address; a signature is required to retrieve your parcel. You may also choose to pick-up your parcel at a UPS Access Point if the option is available in your country. Our regular carriers internationally are UPS and FedEx, and Chronopost or Colissimo in Metropolitan France.
Yes, we ship worldwide. You can find the list of available locations through the "Country" menu at check-out. Shipping fees and delivery times will vary based on destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and international customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees.

Antoine Horlaville offers free standard delivery on all orders in France. Please note that free shipping will be applied to your order at checkout. For orders placed outside of France, the cost of shipping will depend on the destination and shipping method, and will be calculated at checkout, before finalizing your purchase.
It depends on where you are. Orders in Paris will be delivered within 1-2 days. Orders are generally delivered between 5-7 business days from the moment the shipping confirmation e-mail is sent. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days.
Kindly note that we ship all orders within 2 to 4 weeks of purchase to allow time for production. Following sustainable practices, every garment is made-to-order in our Parisian atelier using limited upcycled fabrics. Learn more. Also note that delays may be caused by payment authorizations, production constraints or customs delays. During specific periods, the large amount of orders may also result in longer delivery times.
Click the tracking link received on your order confirmation email or use the tracking number directly on the carrier's website to follow your package every step of the way.
Once your order is shipped, you will be notified with a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number. Your parcel is fully traceable on the carrier’s website, using the tracking number received. Don't hesitate to contact our carrier or our customer service for any further questions.
We kindly invite you to open a claim with your carrier and contact our customer service at contact@antoinehorlaville.com. Please kindly note that any claim regarding the delivery must be submitted in 14 working days following the delivery of the parcel. After this period, we are not able to claim any lost orders.
Your order is confirmed once you receive the confirmation email with all the necessary information. You will receive a second email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

Orders placed on antoinehorlaville.com may not be cancelled or modified when already in preparation. Please rest assured that you may always return your order upon receipt if you no longer wish to keep it.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 14 working days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please refer to our Returns Policy in the Legal Terms and Conditions for full details.
Note that due to our sustainable production process, the possibility to exchange will be determined by remaining stocks of fabrics, and already exchanged products will not be accepted.
To start a return or exchange, please contact our client service team with your order number. We’ll provide you with the necessary instructions according to your location and prefered method.
We offer free returns and exchanges by drop off at the studio in Paris. Otherwise, the client will be responsible for the cost of shipping.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 14 days. Depending on your payment method, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.

100% of the collections are made from upcycled fabrics sourced in Paris from luxury houses. Circularity is at the core of Antoine Horlaville and we are commited to reducing waste and carbon footprint, while increasing transparency.
These premium fabrics are mainly woven in France, Italy or Japan, ensuring ethical working conditions. Over 90% of Antoine Horlaville's collections are made of natural fibers like silk, wool and cotton, carefully selected for their properties, durability, and ability to break down in the environment.
We ensure the highest quality and support local artisans by making every garment in our Parisian atelier. Each piece is made-to-order and will be part of a short serie. Luxury deadstock fabrics are available in very limited length, allowing us to produce only few pieces in each roll.
Moreover, orders are shipped in an eco-designed packaging, that is 70% recycled and 100% recyclable. To reduce shipping's carbon footprint, we offer pick-up and drop off options, and deliver the orders in Paris using electrical solutions.
We offer cruelty-free and vegan options in every collection. Please check the composition in the product description or refer to the label on the clothes. The lace and velvet pieces are notably made of plant-based and synthetic fibers.
However, our sustainable approach to fashion is prioritizing natural materials over synthetic materials created through chemical processes involving petroleum-based compounds. While natural materials such as wool, leather or silk are long lasting and biodegradable, the synthetic fabrics cannot break down easily in the environment without releasing micro-plastics and chemicals known as endocrine disruptors.
All of our products are crafted in our atelier in the Republique area in Paris by skilled artisans, celebrating the excellence of French craftsmanship. Each item has specific care instructions to ensure it remains beautiful and long-lasting. Please refer to the care label inside each garment and visit our Product Care page for detailed advice.
To ensure that our garments suit different body types, we offer a variety of sizes, fits, stretch waistbands and fabrics. Most of the collections are unisex pieces based on standard menswear sizing, so women generally need to size down to get the right fit, except for dresses that are already based on standard womenswear sizing. Following the tailoring tradition, the suits and coats are in Italian size. Please note that intended proportions are those illustrated on the photos. If a shirt has a loose fit but you plan to wear it more tight, take a size down. If you want to wear that loose fit oversized, size up.

Antoine Horlaville offers a large selection of products from our latest collection, our stock is updated regularly but it's limited since we're only working with upcycled fabrics. If the item you would like to purchase is not available, we kindly invite you to contact us to join our waitlist, you will be notified when our sourcing team finds a very similar upcycled fabric.

Payment and billing

We provide no-interest installment payments with Paypal (x4) and Shop Pay (up to 12 months).

No, you don’t need an account to make a purchase. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders and speeds up the checkout process for future orders.

Your account saves information like order history, billing and shipping address. You may also follow-up on your orders placed.
